Thank you for your interest in Art Drive Japan. Art Drive Japan is looking for artists from all over the world to donate their work for our charity auction. We are open to all forms of creative work. This includes but is not limited to paintings, prints, prints on stuff, photography, crafts, fashion items, and etc. Art Drive Japan will review each entry carefully and get back to you by e-mail if we are ready to proceed. Please understand that we may not be able to approve all work submitted. However, we hope that you will not be discouraged if you do not hear back from us immediately as you may be contacted at a later date.

Please read the terms and complete the form below to submit your pledge. The information you send will be used on the auction once approved (unless otherwise stated). Please check to make sure that it is free of any errors. Submit one pledge per artist through this form. Complete the form even if you would like to create something for this particular cause or are interested in submitting more than one piece. You will receive a message from us upon approval, and will have the opportunity to do so afterward.

Specify the medium of the artwork, and provide a description. All mediums are eligible, including acrylic paint on canvas, watercolor on archival paper, silk-screen print on cotton t-shirt and anything else.

Artist Terms and Conditions

1. All information sent to us must be accurate and free of false statements. All contributors to this project will be credited in a "Contributors" or equivalent section of the website.

2. You are submitting artwork that you created and legally own.

3. You hold responsibility for getting your donation to the winning bidder. The ship-date should be no more than 10 days after the sale (unless discussed otherwise) Once the sale is complete, you will receive an e-mail from us with a invoice created by Paypal. All information on the invoice will remain confidential and shall only be used to confirm payment and the shipping address.

4. Art Drive Japan will not be held legally responsible if there were to be issues concerning the donation item. i.e. lost packages, damaged work, etc. However, please feel free to contact us if anything were to happen and we will do our best to help you resolve any problems.

5. All shipping costs will be your responsibility (unless discussed otherwise). We hope that you will consider this as part of your donation to this cause.

6. All prices, bidding, and transactions are in U.S.Dollar currency.

7. The winning bid amount MINUS transaction fees and related charges by Paypal, will be donated in full to the Japan NGO Earthquake Relief and Recovery Fund administered by Japan Center for International Exchange (JCIE/USA) for the recovery efforts of Japan.
